Some smaller projects and 2D designs will not need a survey. Expansive projects, and 3D renderings usually need a topographic survey. We are happy to connect you with a surveyor, and assist through the process.

We identify required permits, as well as evaluate property records and codes to identify setbacks, permeability and drainage requirements, easements, zoning requirements, engineering standards, and to investigate any site-specific restrictions.

Permitting & Engineering Facilitation
We investigate and facilitate all required permitting with local jurisdictions, provide technical construction documents, coordinate with engineering and survey partners, support all engineering partners, monitor permitting status, ensure design aligns with findings, and act as liason between local jurisdictions, engineers, designers, specialists and you.
